Oliver was a very pragmatic individual. Under his watch, the MPD grew to a formidable power within Rivertown. Stern but fair, Oliver fostered a measure of civility throughout the forces, and managed to keep peace with the two other major factions inhabiting the city, the Curators and the Keepers.
Oliver was known for his “hands-off” approach to leadership, but he still carried enough weight and influence to ensure the loyalty of his troops, at least most the them. Oliver never married nor had any kids, as he took his job as his top priority. Oliver was killed in a Horsemen ambush during a transport mission.
